Pet Portraits

Seven Springs Studios approaches pet photography in a different way to a lot of other studios. We believe that the type of photograph taken should reflect the personality of the pet.

If for example you have a lively Collie who hates sitting still for a minute, the last thing you want to do is to try and get her to sit still in a studio for half an hour !! We would take the view that we should photograph her where she is most happy, outside our studio in the beautiful dorset countryside. The shot of 'Rosie' the Collie jumping over a fence (in the gallery pictures) was done like this.

If on the other hand you have a pet like 'Mercedes' the Chiwawa then we decided to she was treated rather differently !! We photographed her in the studio lying on a soft pink cushion with a diamonte necklace on !!
